A subway locker can still be the better choice for a small bag you drop off and collect at the same station. Our shops, on the other hand, can only be used during their opening hours.
Frequently asked questions
Can I leave a large suitcase in Seoul?Yes. A suitcase is $4.40 a day, and oversized items such as golf bags or instruments are $6.
Can I drop off the same day?Yes. As long as the shop is open and has space, you can book and drop off right away.
What if my bag is lost or damaged?Photos are taken at drop-off and pick-up, and loss or damage is covered by insurance.
Can I use the service in English?Yes. The service is available in 8 languages and chat with the shop is translated automatically.
Can I cancel and get a refund?Cancel at least 1 hour before your drop-off time for a full refund. You also get a full refund if the shop cannot take your bags.
What if I pick up later than booked?The first hour is free. After that a daily rate is added.
Is there anything I cannot store?No cash, jewellery or other valuables, no dangerous goods, and nothing perishable. Almost everything else is fine.
Do I need to sign up?No. Booking takes about 10 seconds, with no sign-up. Overseas cards are charged in US dollars.
